Add your organization HERE to the Tomorrow's Workforce Coalition. Bill Recap: Congressman Rob Wittman (R-Va.) and Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) champion the Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow’s Workforce Act in the House and Senators Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) and Mike Braun (R-Ind.) champion the Senate bill. The legislation would expand qualified expenses under 529 savings plans to include postsecondary training and credentialing programs, such as licenses and nongovernmental certifications. It would also provide valuable tax-advantaged resources for students and workers—with or without a college degree—who pursue career growth, mid-career changes or career pathways that diverge from a typical academic route. Read ASAE’s one-pager for more information. The heftier the coalition, the more compelling our collective advocacy will be to help pass the Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow’s Workforce Act (H.R. 1477 / S. 722). If credentials, skills training or expertise are important to your sector, to your organization or to your stakeholders, this coalition's work will support you.

It requires current information within our changing society, as well as spaces in which to pause and reflect with others on what that information means for our organizations. Associations also require practical tools to get the job done.
